A car which weighs around 990kg (including the driver) manages to do 12 loops inside the worlds largest round steel cage. At 40 foot tall in Vilnius, Lithuanithea, the cage is officially the largest death cage in the world. The car manages to complete 12 full vertical loops before the driver either becomes so dizzy or the car loses its momentum.
According to Metro Co, death cage drivers know that speed is critical to executing the stunt successfully: so long as the car goes fast enough, it won’t succumb to gravity.
It’s easy to see why the driver might become disorientated after that time and according to YouTube user Vecord, who uploaded the video, the driver experienced forces of 7g – the same as by Apollo 16 on re-entry.
