The ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) has just proven itself to be one of the toughest employers after its job advert discloses the potential employee. They are now hiring NURSES, that are young, fluent in spoken and written English and willing to work anywhere inside ISIS territory.
The Islamic State militants have just issued the rigid requirement where they, primarily, demand nurses to speak to English as the first language.
It’s actually a strict requirement that even the National Health Services (NHS) in Europe does not even require its workers. It seems like they even have a higher requirement than NHS. But this strict requirement to be fluent in the language is not a surprise anymore. With their goal to dominate the world, ISIS has been using this medium so they can reach everyone. And recently, ISIS has already started their radio broadcast in English (And the announcer even has an American accent, by the way).
Furthermore, applicants should be between the ages of 18-25, graduated from secondary school with science qualifications, must be able to pass their entrance examination and be able to make a good impression on their interviews.
Aside from their strict requirements, the advertisement also mentioned that after the applicants finish in their nursing school, they are required to work for a full two years in institutions run by the terrorist group. Not only that, graduate nurses who have achieved top grades and show the most potential at the school will reportedly be awarded with posts at the ISIS’ medical school where they can advance further as highly-paid doctors and surgeons.
The ad, on the other hand, did not mention how much the compensation or allowance will be, but we know just recently that they are offering $18,750 (around Php 843,187.50) to the qualified applicant who will work for them as a manager of the oil refinery.
