Ever heard of Scrambled Egg Inside Its Shell?
Here’s a fun little cooking trick for you to try: making scrambled eggs inside their shell. It sounds crazy at first, but it’s genius. You’re probably skeptical about this one but wait until you see how they’re actually done and you might want to give it a try. All you need is a long sleeved T-shirt (or pair of stockings), a few fresh eggs and two rubber bands.
Place the raw egg inside the sleeve of a shirt
Tie the the sleeve right around the egg with two pieces of string so the egg stays in place.
Hold both ends of the sleeve and flip the egg around as if the sleeve is a jump rope, this way, you are scrambling the egg. You’re basically shaking the living snuff out of the egg so it all mixes gloriously.
Untie the two strings and take the egg out.
Boil the egg (as usual).
