Have you ever wondered what human flesh tastes like? Or might as well eat your own finger out of curiosity?
But this man ate his own finger. Yes, don’t be shocked, it is true. This was the one British man’s decision to cook and eat own his finger after losing it in an accident. The name of this British man is Dave Playpenz. David Playpenz lost one of his fingers after a motorcycle accident.
After surgeons removed the broken finger from Dave’s hand, the first thought that came into his mind was,
I wonder what that would taste like?”
He then asked the doctor that can he take his removed finger with him and he received a clean chit. He was given approval to take his lost finger home with him so he can do that insane thing that you came here to read about.
He was always curious about how the human flesh tastes, but never could complete his dream because thankfully, it is illegal to eat human flesh in some countries and Britain is one of them. He decided to cook and eat his lost finger, and then keep the bones as a memory.
I’d always wondered what human flesh tastes like. But it’s a taboo. People can’t go around being zombies, that’s illegal.” He said.
Only then, it occurred to me that no one could haul me to court for eating my own flesh.” Hence when the lost finger presented an opportunity unlike any other. “I decided to cook it and taste it. Then my curiosity would be satisfied.”
After two days of recovery, Dave boiled the finger in salt water so as not to damage the bones. He did not dip the finger in any sauce or season it at all: He wanted the pure human flesh, the real taste of man flesh.
A friend of his, approved to eat his broken finger, as at least he had his own permission whereas animals don’t give their consent before they’re eaten.
And in case anyone is concerned, Dave did not exactly acquire the taste for human flesh.
And, no it has not turned me into some kind of Hannibal Lecter. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, which I definitely won’t be repeating.” Additionally, the consumption of his finger seemed to take on a spiritual significance, as well.
He also said that,
I know it sounds mad, but it was not just the curiosity. That finger was a big bit of me, too big a bit to lose. I decided that, if I ate the flesh and kept the bones, then I would not be losing any part of me.”
This is by far the sickest story I’ve heard!
